Do you ship internationally?

yes we do! we ship all over the world. As long as you receive post and have an address that is enough!

I have made a mistake with my shipping/delivery details. What happens now?

PLEASE let us know as soon as possible by using the Contact Us page at the top of our website. We can update/change any details as required BEFORE processing your orders. Otherwise, we will have to wait for your package to come back to our business in order for us to send you out a replacement package and we would charge your for postage again. However, if you decide to cancel the order with an incorrect address on your behalf we can cancel and refund it but we cannot refund the shipping cost since the mistake would not have been on our behalf. 

What will happen if my post cannot be serviced by express/international couriers?

There are times when couriers are not able to send packages and in those cases, we reserve the right to cancel orders at addresses which cannot be serviced by express couriers. 

How long will Blinkaria Kohl last? And is the bottle refillable?

Our Blinkaria Kohl can last anywhere between 1.5-2 years if used daily! And you can refill our bottles with our Kohl refills.

Where can I find lead free kohl?

Blinkaria is proud to be the first brand to offer lead-free kohl, setting a new standard for safety and quality in cosmetic products.

Our kohl is formulated with a unique blend of almonds and coconuts, ensuring a natural and gentle application.

Unlike today's traditional kohl, which may contain harmful substances, the commercial kohl often contains lead, which can pose risks to health. 

Our formula is free from lead, providing a safe and luxurious experience for our customers.

Each product is pre-filled in a beautifully crafted brass bottle, offering both elegance and convenience. We are committed to delivering the highest quality kohl, designed with both beauty and your well-being in mind.

How can I care for my sterling silver jewellery?

Routine sterling silver care is a must if you want to keep your jewellery looking as it did when it arrived. Our top tip is: Dry silver is happy silver. Try not to get it mixed with any chemicals such as: Chlorine, perfumes, or cleaning agents. If that does happen make sure to rinse it off and be sure to dry it with a cloth. When you are not wearing your jewellery, please place it in a dry clean airtight container. Alternatively you can place the jewellery in the pouch sent with your jewellery.

Are my payment details safe?

100% safe!

We do NOT store any payment details on our systems.

We will not sell any of your details to any third party. So be sure to be confident in doing business with Blinkaria.

How much do you charge to ship to the UK? 

FREE delivery over £45 for UK post.

For international orders please go to checkout to find the rates for your country/area. 

Does the Blinkaria Kohl come in brown colour?

Unfortunately our Kohl comes in black only. But we will look into finding a safe natural option for those of you who want a more subtle colour!

Will you send products I have ordered as a separate post if I have ordered a pre-order product?

If you have ordered a pre-order product and a product that is ready for shipment then we will send these together on the day of the titled pre-order date since we try to keep postage charges at the minimum price. We charge you one price for shipping no matter how much your purchase or how heavy your items will be.  

Do you ship to Northern Ireland?

Yes, ofcourse we do! But, please be aware that for orders shipping to Northern Ireland, there may be a delay in delivery for orders placed from 28th December 2020.

This is due to implications surrounding the UK’s withdrawal from the European Union on 01/01/2021.
